Levi Willis
I’ve had the pleasure of calling Missouri home for more than twenty-five
years. Originally born in Scottsdale, Arizona, I spent my youth between
Arizona and Connecticut, with family roots in the New York,
Connecticut, and New Jersey tri-state area. Living in Central Missouri
has given me a deep appreciation for this great state, from the heart of
Missouri in Jefferson City to the vibrant energy of the Lake of the
Ozarks and all acrossthe beautifulstate we call home.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked primarily in multifamily
property ownership and management. That experience taught me what
makes a property truly work, not just as an investment but as a place for
people to live, grow, and build stability.
I’m also a proud parent, and balancing family life and work has given me
the perspective and patience I bring to every client relationship. My goal
is simple: to help people make smart, educated, and confident decisions
when buying, selling, or investing. I believe in honesty, clear
communication, and treating every client with the same care and
respect I’d want for myself.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about art and photography and
love exploring Missouri’s natural beauty, from its rivers, lakes, and hiking
trails to its rolling hills and small towns. I enjoy capturing these views
through the lens of my drone, using aerial photography and
videography gives me a creative edge and helps me showcase
propertiesin a compelling way.
