Jordan and her associates are the detailed team that we needed to make the process of purchasing a vacation home in Lake of the Ozarks as painless as possible, considering we lived 3 hours away. The perfect level of communication to keep us informed of the process from offer to close and even after! I really felt that she stepped up to ensure that we were protected from the items that came out during the inspection period. While touring homes, she was very informative about the area as we looked throughout different locations on the lake. That helped us make our final decision on the house we ultimately purchased. "She was so patient with us and again, with knowledge and wisdom."
We were referred to Jordan by a friend and we are certainly blessed that she was! On very short notice, we headed to the lake one Sunday after church and Jordan took us to look at Condos in the area that we specified. She was so sweet to drop her Sunday to do so! She told us about every area/complex just like she was buying it herself. We really appreciated her input as we weren't very familiar with the Camdenton area for condos close to our business and that were on the water. We did end up going out with Jordan a couple more times until we found just the one we wanted. Our negotiation and closing was smooth and seamless. We've even referred her to our parents who are selling their condo on the other side of the lake. That surely says something about how Jordan treated us if we refer her to our parents! Give her a call if you are even thinking about moving to the lake or selling your condo/home to upgrade or move from the area.
