I have been a resident of Mid Missouri for over 30 years and a “full timer” at the Lake for over 5 years. I
have been at and on the Lake for most of my entire life. I am married to my wife, Christie, and have a son,
Tanner and daughter Carleigh. I am a retired police officer of 20 years. Over 15 of those years were spent
dealing with landlord/tenant issues, residential code issues, planning and zoning issues and more.
Combining my passion to help people, improve the livability of neighborhoods, and my knowledge of real
estate throughout mid Missouri, I became a Realtor in 2014. I have owned a Property Management
company, which has helped me truly understand all aspects of investment property real estate.
Since becoming a Realtor I have solely represented $90+million worth of real estate transactions. My
specialties have grown into Residential, Storage facilities, Multi Family Investment Property, Commercial
Investment Property, Condominiums, Vacation Homes, Vacation Rentals, and Fix/Flip properties.
